Although this is a personal website providing essentially not-for-profit services, I also offer some goods and services to visitors for sale. These vary from time to time but mainly pertain to my published books, downloaded apps and other licences.

As a general principle, I do not entertain requests for refunds after sales have been concluded, especially where services were duly rendered. However, if there are genuine complaints, each case will be treated on its own merit. Whatever the outcome of the complaints, refunds, if any, shall be net of all due administrative and third-party fees, in addition to the return of the goods previously sold.
